Donna is a very experienced trainer and coach who created a specific training programme for our group. She has an open and warm approach and is keen for everyone to benefit from the training, including encouraging individuals to step outside their comfort zones. The training sessions were well structured and prepared. Donna led the sessions but allowed everyone to participate, which encouraged and provoked discussions. Donna also has the valuable skill of keeping the sessions within the mandate given and being able to bring the discussions back in a professional and friendly way if it appears they are going off-topic. It’s been a while since I have enjoyed attending a training session, but Donna’s fresh approach made it worthwhile – highly recommended.
