Panic is contagious; but so is leadership.
Now is the time for us to step up as true leaders of our businesses.
So here’s what I have learned is a practical approach to leading in a crisis or downturn.
Most of it I’ve learned in leading in businesses through three major economic recessions and other major business disruptions due to terrorism, fires, natural disasters or political disruption.
