Well, many people are driven to open their own small businesses because of a specific passion. Not from the desire to actually “do business.”
This means that very often, you have business owners who are quite talented at creating their products or providing their services but have not had much in the way of business education.
That does not make them bad business owners, but it does mean they could be better business owners.
And being a better business owner is key to owning a better business.
There are three vulnerable points in any small business where problems occur: time, money, and team. It doesn’t matter what business they run, how big their team is or even what industry they’re in.
Because these problems pop up in any business model. And if they aren’t fixed quickly, they can make your life even more stressful than it already is by slowly destroying your business.
