My Background

I am an EMCC Accredited Coach and an Insights Discovery Practitioner, with over 30 years of experience in the corporate world across IT and MedTech sectors. My career has included leading a customer service team through the challenges of the Y2K transition, guiding Pricing and Tenders teams through two major organisational restructures, and most recently, establishing the first remote sales team in Europe for a global MedTech organisation. This involved building a team of 14 salespeople and 2 team leaders from the ground up and creating a playbook that has since been adopted by other countries.

Among my proudest achievements are significantly improving employee retention with zero regrettable losses over more than three years, developing talent for long-term organisational success, and delivering a 20% growth with a 63% gross profit margin over a three-year strategic plan, doubling revenue from $26M to $50M.

I have been a qualified coach for over two years and have had the privilege of working with inspiring individuals who are committed to personal and organisational growth.

MedTech industry, is where I have worked for 20 years. I understand the complexities of working with the NHS and other government-funded organisations, and I use coaching techniques to help clients navigate these unique challenges with confidence and clarity.

I’ve had the privilege of being coached myself, and I’ll never forget the moment when the mist lifted and everything became clear, it was energising and transformative. That’s exactly what I want to give to others. I love seeing people succeed, watching their hard work turn into reality, and witnessing their goals come to life.
