Who is Shane Spiers?
Since 2017 I have been the founder and Principal Coach of Summit SCALE® Coaching. I’ve coached small to mid-sized owner-managers across the globe to increase their profits year on year, build effective teams to help them run their businesses and get time back for themselves.
I combine my 25 years of business experience including as a CEO running multiple SME companies and MD of a hyper-growth business that grew 2000% in 8 years with a masters degree in coaching and development.
