Now let’s make you the captain of a 150-foot boat and now there are 50 people. The system is what becomes your replacement and that includes how people behave with your customers and behave with each other. And part of that system, by the way, is the culture that you create as a business owner.

So, when you implement great systems, and you have great people that run that system, then your job is to lead those people and to become good at leadership, communication and delegation.
