Overview: Clarifying your vision is the first building block of strategic planning. We start by addressing the critical strategic questions that need to be addressed to scale your business. The visionary framework begins with establishing your core values, purpose and clarifying your long-term vision for your business. This sets the guiding principles for all your strategic planning.

Then we get to the heart of it – how we succinctly articulate your growth strategy and how you will succeed in making your vision a reality. In understanding your marketplace, you must identify your core customers, establish your brand promise and unique differentiators that will create competitive advantage.

With a clear long-term vision in place, you’re ready to establish medium-term goals and short-term priorities (the planning piece) that contribute to you achieving the vision.

Data: You will create a Scorecard, a dynamic measurement process for your business, that will provide you with the metrics and data to enable you to see if the right things are happening and red flagging if they’re not. This puts your strategy at the centre of running your business, not control.

Pulse: You will design and embed a rhythm of weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual meetings to bring focus, alignment and solve problems more quickly and receive tools that ensure these meetings will be effective.

System: We’ll share cash management strategies and collection practices to allow you to fund your growth freeing you from reliance on banks and/or investors as well as some initiatives to constantly improve the cash flow of your company.

Series Three: Leading Organisational Performance and Growth

Overview: Condition is about ensuring your people and organization function effectively.

The goal here is to help you personally do less by getting your business to produce more.

We do this by providing you tools like the ‘People Assessor’ to help you identify if existing employees or potential candidates are a ‘fit’ for your business and if they are ideal for a particular role. If someone isn’t, we’ll provide you with tools to help manage the situation in the right way for you, the individual and your business – both in the short and long term. We’ll also show you are great tool to help with designing a structure that is going to take you to the next level.
