Part 1: As always, we’ll start the Weekly Huddle to discuss the past week’s wins and learnings. Then we’ll start with a Revenue & Profit Budget (RPB) and a Tactical Marketing Plan (TMP). During this session, you’ll work out how many leads/prospects you need to reach your revenue goals and create the marketing plan to support those goals. You’ll also learn how “massive action leads to massive results”.

After that, in session 5 you’ll learn how to use a Default Calendar to block out time to get everything done. As Stephen Covey teaches: by focusing on what’s important we can drastically reduce the likelihood of a crisis, stay motivated and focused on the task at hand.

Part 1: We’ll start the Weekly Huddle to discuss the past week’s wins and learnings. Then we’ll finalize a Revenue & Profit Budget (RPB) and a Tactical Marketing Plan (TMP). During this session, you’ll lock in how many leads/prospects you need to reach your revenue goals and create the marketing plan to support those goals.
